Setting up a user in Ibistic for auditing purpose

Whenever auditing or tax authorities need access overview of the invoices and accounting, we recommend setting up a dedicated auditing user in Ibistic, with following settings:

This gives archive access to all invoices ever received in Ibistic along with coding details and processing history. The reports give additional detailed overview, for example the accounting report showing all transferred invoices. Reports may be exported to Excel from both invoice archive and reporting.
