SLA OCR service
Our internal SLA for delivery from scanning center to Ibistic are as follows (these are guidelines):
Invoicedrop (@invoicedrop.com)
Within 26 hours after receipt mail is sent out, following working day (monday to friday).
CGI (postboxes in Malmö, Sweden)
Within 24 hours after document is received by post, following working day (monday to friday).
Kollektor (postboxes in Trondheim / @kollektor.no mail)
Before 14.00 the next working day (monday to friday)
If the delivery is delayed by significant amount beyond this, please notify Ibistic Support: support@ibistic.com. Scanning service runs working days, Monday to Friday. List of holidays when the service is closed, may be found here. General downtimes with our scanning services will be announced at our Operations Status page.
