You can distribute an invoice to another user and/or office within the accounting unit, if you have the setting "Invoice processing". You can find this setting by going to "Administration" > "Offices and users", selecting the user and choosing "Settings":
From "Main menu" proceed to "For processing" under "Invoices".
Open the invoice you wish to distribute by selecting the icon . You will now see the invoice head:
Click "Distribution" and select "Type of acceptor", "Office" and "User". You can potentially add a comment. Click "Send" and the invoice will now be distributed to the user you specified.
