In order to reduce manual operations and clicks, we have added numerous short cuts to the interface in Ibistic.

 

 

Main Menu

  • F8 - For processing
  • F2 - For acceptance
  • F3 - For approval
  • F7 - Create Invoice
  • F6 - Open invoice archive

 

Invoices in process

  • CTRL+F - Activate or deactivate filtering
  • CTRL+G - Activate or deactivate grouping
  • CTRL+Arrow down - Browse down in the list
  • CTRL+Arrow up - Browse up in the list
  • CTRL+PgUp - Choose next page
  • CTRL+PgDn - Choose previous page
  • CTRL+Space - Select invoice
  • CTRL+A - Select all invoices on the page
  • CTRL+I - Enter invoice detail page for chosen invoice
  • F7 - Back to main menu

 

Invoice detail level

  • CTRL+S - Save invoice head or open active coding element
  • CTRL+D - Activate or deactivate distribution menu
  • CTRL+Space - Choose invoice element
  • CTRL+A - Choose all invoice elements
  • CTRL+E - Edit chosen invoice element
  • CTRL+L - Close open invoice element without saving changes
  • F8 - Choose previous invoice in the selection
  • F9 - Choose next invoice in the selection
  • F7 - Back to invoices for processing, alternatively the main menu

 

 

Invoice for acceptance

  • CTRL+SHIFT+Y - Accept
  • CTRL+SHIFT+N - Reject Acceptance
  • CTRL+SHIFT+Q - Forward to another Acceptor
  • CTRL+SHIFT+U - Forward to another Approver
  • CTRL+SHIFT+X - Coding template
  • CTRL+SHIFT+Z - Undo split
  • CTRL+SHIFT+C - Comment
  • CTRL+SHIFT+D - Document text

Invoice for approval
  • CTRL+SHIFT+Y - Approve
  • CTRL+SHIFT+N - Reject Approval
  • CTRL+SHIFT+Q - Forward to another Acceptor
  • CTRL+SHIFT+U - Forward to another Approver
  • CTRL+SHIFT+X - Coding template
  • CTRL+SHIFT+Z - Undo split
  • CTRL+SHIFT+C - Comment
  • CTRL+SHIFT+D - Document text

 

 PLEASE NOTE that not all site configurations will have the above-mentioned functionalities and that some Internet Browsers or browser settings may have short cuts that interfere with our short cuts (in general short cuts defined will override the ones we specify – we've strived to find combinations that should be allowed in most browsers and browser settings)
