Normally, the chart of accounts in Ibistic is updated through integration, automatically making the chart in Ibistic identical with the chart in your ERP. Thus there is no need for manual updates normally. Any changes you make in "Edit chart of accounts" in Ibistic will be overwritten next time the integration is running, with a fresh exported chart.
However, in cases when the integration stopped or delayed, it may be useful to know how to update suppliers / accounts manually, in order to swiftly make an update and process invoice, while support resolves the integration problem.
In order to manually edit the chart of accounts in Ibistic, your user needs the setting "Edit chart of accounts" under Administration:
If you wish to edit an existing dimension, click the pencil icon next to the check box. To delete a dimension entry, select checkbox, and click "Delete values".
